The 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training program is designed to deepen your practice, expand your knowledge and empower you to confidently guide others. Our comprehensive curriculum for 2025 combines physical, mental, and spiritual exploration, offering a strong foundation in yoga teaching and mindfulness. You will leave this program with the skills, confidence and knowledge to teach with clarity, presence and purpose.

Not Included: Personal Practice Items (Yoga Mat, etc), Food/Snacks, Yoga Alliance registration fees upon successful completion of the 200 Hour Program.
Make Up Sessions: Make Up Sessions need to be scheduled at $30/Hour or $300 for a fully missed weekend. If there is a missed weekend, make up time must be arranged immediately. I cannot graduate students who have missed days/weekends that have not been made up. Virtual options would be available if you are unable to attend in person.

This Yoga Alliance–certified 300-hour training is not just a course—it’s a journey of personal evolution, deep study, and empowered teaching, offered entirely one-on-one over 18–24 months.Designed for yoga teachers who have completed a 200-hour training, this advanced certification invites you to deepen your practice, expand your teaching skillset, and follow your individual path as a yoga leader.With a flexible structure that honors both Yoga Alliance standards and your unique interests, this training blends ancient wisdom, modern anatomy, and intuitive mentorship in a way that supports full integration of yoga into your life and leadership.

• Specialized training in areas like trauma-informed yoga, yin, prenatal, or business of yoga

PROGRAM OUTLINE:
Total Hours: 300 (compliant with Yoga Alliance standards)
PHASE 1: Refining the Foundation (40 hours)
Deepen your personal practice, refine alignment, and build awareness as a teacher.
• Advanced asana labs: refinements, transitions, energetic principles

• Daily sadhana design: personal practice evolution

• Breath, bandha, and alignment integration
• Refresher on teaching skills: cueing, sequencing, and hands-on assists

• Practice teaching sessions with detailed feedback

• Homework: posture clinics, anatomy assignments, journal reflections

PHASE 2: Philosophy, Psychology, and the Path Within (70 hours)
Dive deeper into ancient texts and personal transformation.

Explore prana, the nadis, chakras, and subtle anatomy.

PHASE 4: Specialty and Elective Study (60 hours)
Tailored to the student’s interests and future path as a teacher.

Electives are selected through consultation and adapted to meet the student’s personal goals.
PHASE 5: Teaching Practicum, Mentorship & Integration (80 hours)
Applied experience, guided mentorship, and final certification process.
